Governments and all the established big organizations in the world have failed to curb emissions of greenhouse gases by not having a concept and an agreement that every country wants to be part of.

A huge change is underway across the globe and in its atmosphere. Many of these effects have been known previously and scientists predict such problems (e.g. sea level rise) will increase if emissions of heat-trapping gases are not brought under control. The threats of climate change and energy security are creating an unprecedented thirst for alternative energy.

The technologies that would significantly reduce emissions do exist and have been not only not supported but vigorously suppressed by powerful financial interests. One such technology is the direct injection of hydrogen into engine cylinders of any conventional combustion engine split from water on the spot and on demand (s. more about this here).
